HERE'S THE STORY OF THIS DEADBEAT IN A NUTSHELL
Most people know him as "Skeeter". There is a court order for him to pay child support. He spent many months refusing to support his children. One reason was because he was not going to give "mommy" support. Another reason was because he was not going to pay for children he can not raise. The state finally revoked his license, and then held him in contempt. "Skeeter" finally realised he needed to straighten up and fly right so he would not get put in jail for non-support.So He gets a lawyer, which really gripes most people! I can get a lawyer, but I can't pay child support!But he was forced to temporarily pay so that he could get his license back and get the contempt action dropped. Once all this is accomplished, he quits paying again, just like deadbeats usually do.

HABITS
"Skeeter" has the habit of working for cash only so that his wages can not be garnished for the support. I don't believe to this day he owns a darn thing, so no liens can not be put on anything. And either he doesn't file income taxes, or they are seriously fudged, because he knows the return will go to his kids. He also has given up all visitation with his kids, because he insists he can not just be "A weekend dad".

Any information regarding "Skeeter's" whereabouts, hangouts, employment, or anything else that might lead to helping me help the State of NE find him would be appreciated!
